ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
The program is dedicated to developing top-rated soccer players at the highest levels of competition. Our goal is to develop players and teams ability to score goals, implement strategies, develop a competitive mentality, strengthen teamwork, and generate a passion for the game.

Teams play in the competitive APL (Arizona Premier League), ASL (Arizona State League), or depending on the teams level the POSOL (Port of Subs Open League) or Youth Academy League. In addition, some of our top U12-U19 play in the regional FWRL DPL (Desert Premier League) against clubs in the US western region or the US National League against teams from all over the country.

Ball control, ability to dribble at speed, a good level of physical fitness. We are looking for kids with a team player mindset, commitment to the team and the coach and dedication and passion for soccer!

 


ELITE CLUBS NATIONAL LEAGUE--ECNL

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
The ECNL platform affords top-level, skilled, dedicated Arizona players an opportunity to compete with the best of the best Southwest players traveling in a National arena.
Our staff works from our professional development curriculum.  and each player is trained by a coach who is suited to his age group with knowledge of the ECNL principles and platform. 


AGE GROUPS:
U13 TO U19--Boys only

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
High technical, tactical, physical, and psychological abilities.  Fast decision-making, great execution, ability to work with teammates and to play under pressure. Willingness to make a full commitment to competitive travel soccer and a nearly all year-round season. 

 


Development Players League

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Development Players League is a regionally based league that provides a clear pathway for players who show the potential to make the jump to the DA level of play. The program offers more exposure to the DA training model and level of play while allowing players the time they need to develop as well as offering the flexibility to play high school soccer.  

AGE GROUPS:
U13 TO U19--Girls only

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
Understanding of the four principles of play; attacking, defending, transition to defend, and transition to attack with the ability to play at a high speed while also making good decisions.  Ability to show a commitment to the team, concentration in training sessions and competitiveness in games.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
The Academy is the top program for youth soccer and will serve as the primary pathway to the College Soccer and Youth National Teams. 

The Academy schedule is designed to balance the best training with the most meaningful games. Teams compete in regional conferences to mitigate travel, and the 10-month schedule is designed to provide players with world-class training and meaningful games.

Teams commit to a 4:1 training to game ratio for optimal player development, and the schedule aligns with the U.S. Youth National Team calendar to provide players with the most opportunities to gain international experience.
