RSL-AZ is proud to announce the 2020/21 ECNL Coaching Staff: 

- David Shaffer, Boys ECNL Director, U16 & U19 Coach
- Paul Rideout, U13, U15, and U17 Coach
- Jimmy Deutsch, U14 Coach
- Chris Behler, Boys Super Cup Selection Team

This team of A level licenses coaches brings a wealth of experience to our boys—all of them have worked at RSL-AZ for several years and have already been invaluable members of the ECNL RSL-AZ team.

Returning for the 2020/21 season is also Joe Waggoner, Goalkeeper Coach.

"Our coaching philosophy is about building a positive, supportive, yet competitive environment in which we ask for the best of each player on and off the field. From fine-tuning the fundamental aspects of the game to learning more complicated tactics to doing well scholastically and taking care of your responsibilities in the classroom as well off the pitch, we seek to build a family of well-rounded young players with a standout character that wants to work for and support each other.” Said David Shaffer, Boys ECNL Director.
