RSL-AZ is proud to announce the 2020/21 Competitive Programs Coaching Staff.  

“This team of top-level licenses coaches brings a wealth of experience to our north program—all of them have worked at RSL-AZ for several years and have already been invaluable members of the North RSL-AZ team. Our coaching philosophy is about building a positive, supportive, yet competitive environment in which we ask for the best of each player on and off the field. From fine-tuning the fundamental aspects of the game to learning more complicated tactics to doing well scholastically and taking care of your responsibilities in the classroom as well off the pitch, we seek to build a family of well-rounded young players with a standout character that wants to work for and support each other.” Said David Shaffer, RSL-AZ North Director. 

“We see great things to continue on the horizon here at RSLAZ in that we continue to invest in the future of our North program with positive role models on the technical side of the game." Added David.
 

“This is the strongest and most experienced level of coaches I’ve had in my 12 years as the DOC in the South. 7 of the coaches will be in their 10th year or longer as a head coach in the South, 20 coaches will be in their 6th year or longer, and it will be the 4th year or longer for 32 of the 41 coaches in 2020/21. We have strong coaches from top to bottom at every level in all the age groups and we can’t wait to get back out on the fields. “ Said Andy Bonchonsky, South RSL-AZ Director
