PHOENIX (Friday, August 12th, 2022) -- The ECNL on Thursday released its end-of-year awards for the U15, U16, U17, and U18/19 age groups, and seven Utah Royals FC Arizona players were named to the 2021 Southwest All-Conference team, the most by any ECNL club in Arizona. 

Named to the 2021-22 Southwest All-Conference First Team was KK Ream (U15), Lourdes Lauterborn (U16), Hope Leyba (U17), Faith Layba (U17), and Farrah Walters (U19). Named to the 2021 Southwest All-Conference Second Team was Sofia Walters (U17) and Kiki Smith (U19).

Last season, the U17 Utah Royals FC Arizona team qualified for the ECNL National Playoffs where they went undefeated in group play winning one match with two draws. 

The 2022-23 ECNL season kicks off in September.
