TECHNICAL SUB-PRINCIPLES(Coaching Points)

• Proper timing to make a hard run(cues from the BC)
• Counter movement to create separation
• Body position & angle in relation to Ball & Goal
• Movement into defenders blind spot
• Movement wide to open space
• 1st touch to separate into space
• Use of skill to create space for shot
• Re-adjust runs/movement if service is delayed
