RSL AZ will be recognizing a RSL AZ North, South, and West Valley team as the Team of the Month every month from September to May.

Teams will not only be recognized for their performance on the field, but off the field as well.

RSL AZ North - 2014 Girls Land
Playing up an age - 9v9 instead of 7v7 - many of the girls are multi sport athletes participating in volleyball, basketball, dance, swim, softball, lacrosse, and flag football. Lots of off the field team bonding and recently got together with 2014 team Sarah and watched the women’s World Cup final. Also went to see Alex Morgan play for the San Diego Wave when they were in CA for the Blues Cup.

RSL AZ South - 2010 Boys W Molina
Some of these boys have been playing together for close to 3 years together. The bond they have with each other is more than just teammates, they are brothers. This has proven to be a great asset for the group. The hard work and dedication each of these players give is why they are the team they are. You won’t find any negative talk around this group. They all play for each other.

RSL AZ West Valley - 2012 Girls Goergen
The 2012 Goergen Girls soccer team have displayed exceptional teamwork, dedication, and sportsmanship throughout the past month, making them a deserving nominee for Team of the Month. Their consistent efforts on the field, evident in their impressive attitude and well-executed plays, showcase their commitment to excellence. Moreover, their supportive and positive interactions with one another create a thriving team spirit that is not only reflected in their performance but also in their impact on the community. This team has not only excelled in soccer but they have demonstrated leadership through volunteering initiatives and outreach programs for the community of Sun City and the Sun City Food Bank.
