RSL AZ is proud to be the only club in Arizona with a direct pathway to Major League Soccer. 

Here are a few of the RSL AZ MLS NEXT accomplishments from this past year:

• Two former RSL AZ MLS Next players named to Top Drawer Soccer Top 100 Freshman
• Eight RSL AZ MLS Next players participated in a US Soccer Youth National Team Identification Center in November
• Ten RSL AZ MLS Next players participated in a US Soccer National Team Identification Center in March 
• Two former RSL AZ MLS Next players have signed with Major League Soccer's Real Salt Lake - Julio Benitez in January 2022 and Luis Rivera in January 2023.
• At the MLS NEXT Fest in December 2022, RSL AZ MLS Next 09 Boys defeated Major League Soccer's Sporting Kansas City (watch goals here) and RSL AZ MLS Next 10 Boys defeated Major League Soccer's Sporting Kansas City and San Jose Earthquakes (watch goals here)
