Who: Forwards and midfielders primarily that are applying pressure to opponent's defenders while our defensive backline protects the space behind.
What: Organized pressure from forwards and midfielders to look to force opponent's into longer options.
Where: Zone 3 and into Zone 2 if/when opponent progresses the ball.
When: In attacking transitional moments in Zone 3 and also in set defense moments(opponent's goal kicks).
Why: Having collective high pressing moments can allow our team to regain possession higher up the field and can "SWING" momentum of game by "injecting" energy to the team by subsequently frustrating the opponent's buildup.
