Important note: Shirt orders are Aug 1 - Aug 15th. The vendor will bulk order all the shirts on Aug 15th. No shirts will go in line for printing until after the fronts are screened. Vendor will then prioritize printing by date that artwork was approved.  (Logos & sponsors can be finalized after Aug 15th. Aug 15th is the deadline to order the shirts but not the deadline to send in logos. 

Simplified Spirit Shirt Ordering process:

1 Team Manager or Coordinator collects shirt orders from parents

2 Managers/Coordinator will register for an account online at www.samoriprinting.com

3 Managers will order shirts all in one order for entire team- Add team name to order. (Once ordered you can't add pieces.) Deadline to order is Aug 15th.  (Logos and sponsors do not have to be complete to order the quantity of shirts your team needs.)

4 Pay - team will pay for the order with the team account

5 Email logos to sam@samoriprinting.com OR drop off a flash drive for us. (Once submitted you can't add.)  Please include size for each one line, small, medium, large based on the donation amount to help size the sponsors appropriately.

****NOTE Logos are not due by Aug 15th. They are due only when you have all your sponsors gathered. You can turn these in Sept 30th if you'd like but that will delay your shirts being available to wear but it is not an issue for the vendor. 

6 Approve design that we create. (Once approved you can't change.)

7 Pick up and verify shirt order (This is about 2 weeks after your artwork is approved.)
