Thank you for visiting our Spirit Shirt Sponsor program to help our teams fund their season. Please see below for downloadable sponsor forms, online payment links, more information about our program and team spirit shirt ordering procedures. 

Many teams use the sponsor money from their spirit shirts to be able to cover the cost of most of their tournaments throughout the year. Depending on the amount of their sponsorship to your team you can offer them different size logos on your spirit shirt. The spirit shirt is a t-shirt (or dri fit) gold shirt that each player must wear as their pre-game warm up before every game. 

The spirit shirts are purchased by the parents for each player to wear as a pre-game warm up shirt. These shirts and other styles can also be purchased by the team's families as fan gear too. These shirts will have all your team sponsors printed on the back of the shirt.  Link to Spirit Shirt purchase options coming soon. Managers or the team's Spirit Shirt Coordinator will collect orders and payment. 

Additionally you can put all your sponsors on your team's web page (yes, you will have your own team web page with our new website)

We will put their name into our club wide sponsor directory if they give your team $400 or more.  

Many teams are able to use this fundraiser to support much of their team expenses for the entire year.

You can choose the size of your sponsor's logo on the shirt based on the amount they contribute. This is a team by team fundraiser. Each team will have their own unique set of sponsors on the back of their shirt. All the money raised from this goes directly into your team account. 

Use the sponsor form and let your families know that all sponsorships are due in August This will give you time to get all of them in and organized. We will need a log of your spirit shirt collections also. 

Sponsor checks will be deposited directly into your team account and 100% of the money raised goes towards your team expenses. Please remember that we are a 501C3 organization. As such, all money that goes into your team account must benefit the entire team equally and funds can't be "earmarked" towards a specific player.  We will discuss this more in Manager orientation. A W9 with our tax ID is available upon request. 

Checks must be payable to RSL-AZ South (for south) or RSL-AZ North (for north) with the team noted on the memo line. Please make sure you update the attached sponsor form to reflect the address you want checks mailed to. You are welcome to use the club's PO BOX or physical address, however, the returned forms must specify a team name or we have no way to identify where the check goes. Most managers have the checks delivered directly to them or the team's gold shirt coordinator.
