PHOENIX (Thursday, April 6th, 2023) -- RSL AZ is proud to announce that Doug Shank will be coming back to RSL AZ as the Director of Logistics.

• Tryouts for RSL AZ's competitive and elite teams (MLS NEXT, ECNL, Elite Academy, Elite 64) for boys and girls are now open. They start April 24 for 2017-2014 birth years and May 1 for 2013-2005 birth years. Click here to register.

Shank holds a USSF A License, a USYS National Youth License, and an Advanced National Diploma from the United Soccer Coaches Association. He also earned his Master's Degree in Sports Administration from the United State Sports Academy. He has served on ODP coaching staffs in Arizona, New Jersey, and North Carolina and in addition to coaching ODP in those states, he won state and league titles on the club side.

Shank coached at Greensboro College from 2000-2003 where he led the program to two consecutive NCAA postseason berths. He also served as an assistant coach for the women's soccer team at Stony Brook University and the head coach for the Piedmont Sparks of the W-League.
